  LICENCE
  When you enter this website, The Computer Shop Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence to make an electronically stored, transient copy of these webpages for the purpose of viewing them on-line and ordering goods or services only. This means that you are granted permission to electronically copy and to print in hard copy form, portions of this website only for the purposes of placing an order with The Computer Shop Ltd. or obtaining information or advisory services via the Computer Shop Ltd. website.

  PRICE, PAYMENT & DELIVERY
  Details of the prices of the products, the manner in which payment must be made by you for products and services ordered and the shipping time involved in delivering the products ordered to you are outlined.   PRODUCT RETURNS
  Returned product must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number. This will be issued by the Computer Shop Ltd. upon completion and acceptance of the Returns Authorisation Request Form accessed via the Returns Desk on the web site. Product being returned for re-stocking must be in its original packaging and un-opened.
   
  BINDING CONTRACT
  For the avoidance of doubt, the placing of an order by you on the Computer Shop Ltd. website does not create a binding contract. On the contrary, a binding contract to supply the goods or services ordered will not come into being until The Computer Shop Ltd. accepts your order by e-mail to the e-mail address which you have provided. This e-mail shall confirm that the products ordered have been shipped to you. Furthermore, this e-mail will be deemed to be complete acceptance of your order which has been fully and effectively communicated to you at the time the e-mail is sent (whether or not you receive that e-mail)
   
  YOUR UNDERTAKINGS
  Upon accepting this licence you undertake:-
(i) to use this website only in accordance with these terms and conditions;

  NOTICES
  Unless stated otherwise, all notices shall be given by e-mail to us at infro@computershop.ie or in your case to the e-mail address which you have provided to The Computer Shop Ltd. or any such other addresses as you may have specified. The Computer Shop Ltd. shall deem that notice has been appropriately given 24 hours after it has been sent, excepting situations where the sending party has already been notified that the e-mail address is invalid or otherwise corrupted. Alternatively, The Computer Shop Ltd. may give notice via registered post to the address which you have provided when ordering goods on this website. In such cases, The Computer Shop Ltd. shall deem that notice has been appropriately given 3 working days following the date of posting
   
  WAIVER
  Failure or neglect by The Computer Shop Ltd. to enforce at any time any of these terms and conditions will not be construed or be deemed to be a wavier of The Computer Shop Ltd.'s rights nor will it in any way affect the validity of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions herein or prejudice The Computer Shop Ltd.'s rights to take subsequent action.

  The headings of the terms and conditions herein contained are inserted for convenience of reference only and they are not intended to be a part of or to affect the meaning or the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions.
   
  SEVERABILITY
  In the event that any of these terms, conditions or provisions are or will be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such a term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions and will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   
  LAW
  The terms and conditions herein are subject to the Laws of Ireland which will exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all of the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use. Furthermore, the Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of, or in connection with this website and its use.
   
  ENTIRE AGREEMENT
