non-transferrable licence to make an electronically stored, transient

RETURNS |

Returned
product must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number. This
will be issued by the Computer Shop Ltd. upon completion and acceptance
of the Returns Authorisation Request Form accessed via the Returns
Desk on the web site. Product being returned for re-stocking must
be in its original packaging and un-opened. |

BINDING
CONTRACT |

For
the avoidance of doubt, the placing of an order by you on the Computer
Shop Ltd. website does not create a binding contract. On the contrary,
a binding contract to supply the goods or services ordered will not
come into being until The Computer Shop Ltd. accepts your order by
e-mail to the e-mail address which you have provided. This e-mail
shall confirm that the products ordered have been shipped to you.
Furthermore, this e-mail will be deemed to be complete acceptance

or in your case to the e-mail address which you have provided to The
Computer Shop Ltd. or any such other addresses as you may have specified.
The Computer Shop Ltd. shall deem that notice has been appropriately
given 24 hours after it has been sent, excepting situations where
the sending party has already been notified that the e-mail address
is invalid or otherwise corrupted. Alternatively, The Computer Shop
Ltd. may give notice via registered post to the address which you
have provided when ordering goods on this website. In such cases,
The Computer Shop Ltd. shall deem that notice has been appropriately
given 3 working days following the date of posting |
